Dosing and food

Dosage Instructions

Xarelto 15 mg and 20 mg should be taken with food.
Xarelto 10 mg can be taken with or without food.

* Not recommended in patients with CrCl <15 ml/min; use with caution in patients with CrCl 15-29 ml/min and in patients with renal impairment when concomitantly receiving medicinal products that increase rivaroxaban plasma concentration.
