Dosage Instructions
Xarelto 2.5 mg can be taken with or without food.
* Not recommended in patients with CrCl <15 ml/min; use with caution in patients with CrCl 15-29 ml/min and in patients with renal impairment when concomitantly receiving medicinal products that increase rivaroxaban plasma concentration.
